  • Backpack Blessings - This is a school-provided resource to students in grades Pre-K to 12th that may need additional support with food on the weekend. If you’re interested in signing your student(s) up for this resource, please complete this Google form

  • Brown County Jobs and Family Services - This agency can help with food assistance, financial support, Medicaid, child care assistance, and more! 

  • Adams Brown Community Action Partnership (ABCAP) - ABCAP offers a variety of services to help assist with home heating/cooling through HEAP. They also manage WIC, a program that provides health and nutrition services for young children, mothers-to-be, and breastfeeding mothers. They also manage early childhood services, such as Early Head Start and Heath Start. 

  • FRS Transportation - FRS offers public transportation, along with NET/Medicaid rides. For public transportation, Georgetown residents can purchase a pass for $20 to receive 30 days of transportation in the inner-county. You can also pay per ride. Call 937-483-1617 for more information or to schedule a ride. 

  • Helping Hands - A local organization that provides food, clothing, household items, furniture, and appliances to anyone in need. Call 937-378-6942 for more information. Located at 688 Camp Run Road Georgetown, OH 45121.

Brown County Board of Developmental Disabilities - A local resource that provides early intervention services, family support, and advocacy workers to those in need.
