Fourth graders are creating their micro-economy in STEM class to learn basic economic principles. Thank you to Becky Cropper & Beverly Holsted for facilitating the mini-society! Students explored how the cost of goods is affected by supply and demand. #IgniteInspireInstill
Elementary students are learning how STEM shows up in different careers. They are looking for community members to share pictures, emails, or prerecorded videos showcasing STEM in their work. Having conversations about career goals early on helps students develop communication skills and goal-setting abilities. As our students learn more about the world, their career goals will evolve, helping them gain confidence and a better understanding of their potential future.

GEVS made several significant upgrades this summer, including installing safety and security film on our windows by Solar Tint. This enhancement strengthens the doors and windows in all buildings, helping to prevent glass shattering from storms or crime and reducing injury risk.

Swango Cabling completed our E-Rate Category 2 fiber install across GEVS! All outdated single and multimode fiber was replaced with new 12-strand single-mode fiber, enhancing speed and reliability in every building and tech closet. Our backbone infrastructure is now future-ready!
