Students have embarked on a mini garden project in the STEM lab. They are exploring the fascinating process of how seeds germinate and how roots develop to nourish plants. By cultivating plants in both soil and water, we can compare and contrast their growth experiences. This project was possible thanks to the Brown County ESC Steamology Lending Library. #IgniteInspireInstill

In Mrs. Hudson's ELA classroom, 8th graders engaged in dynamic discussions on contemporary issues, such as closing school due to inclement weather, teenage phone usage at night, and athletic specialization among young athletes. They developed persuasive arguments supported by credible evidence and logical reasoning. As arguments are an integral part of daily life, developing effective strategies for navigating these interactions is essential. #IgniteInspireInstill

STEM students are diving deeper into the concepts of thrust and friction, exploring the dynamics of potential and kinetic energy. They are applying this knowledge by working with a team to construct cars powered by balloons and rubber bands. Next they will build their individual cars using recycled materials. We’re proud of our tiny engineers! #IgniteInspireInstill
